Sony a7r6 Wildlife Review: One Month in Africa

Is This The Best Overall Wildlife Camera?

I recently spent a month in Africa shooting with the new Sony a7r6, and let me tell ya, this camera really surprised me!

I originally took it along to put together my wildlife setup guide, but as the trip went on, I found myself reaching for it more and more. By the end, I was convinced it might just be the best overall wildlife camera on the market right now.

In this new review, I’ll show you how it handled everything from fighting hippos to birds in flight, along with some interesting autofocus comparisons, the advantages of its 67MP sensor, and a few limitations I discovered too.

Check it out – see if you’re as surprised as I was!
