You should receive a couple e-mails very shortly. The first is an order receipt, the second a download link. In 99% of the cases, these arrive immediately, but please allow up to ten minutes for them to hit your inbox. Also, please note that for some reason it’s not uncommon for the e-mail with the download link to get sent to a “Spam” or “Junk” folder. So, if you don’t see the download link in your inbox, please check those folders to make sure an overly ambitious spam filter didn’t send it the wrong way when it saw the word “download”.
Finally, if ten minutes has past and you still haven’t received your link please contact us at the link below. Sometimes an e-mail address is entered wrong, sometimes the e-mail just doesn’t get through.
