Before you submit your deposit, please read the cancellation policy below. The policy is based on the companies we work with in order to secure the workshop. Note there are no exceptions made to the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

Payment policy, deposits, cancellations & refunds:

A deposit of $6000.00 per person is required within 2 days of the reservation request. Balance is to be paid in full 90 days prior to scheduled arrival or your reservation(s) will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy: Botswana 2024 Workshop. Unfortunately, due to the relatively short lead time for this trip, there is no refund for cancellations. The safari company and the companies they work with do not offer refund for cancellation, so once the deposit is made, they receive the funds to secure our transportation and accommodations. The balance for your trip is due by February 5, 2024. By checking the box below and submitting this payment, you agree that you have read and understand the cancellation policy above and that you also understand you will be required to sign a liability wavier for the trip.

A current passport valid for at least 6 months after entry is required, there should be at least a minimum of 3-4 empty pages.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
